Scheme: api/{section}/{endpoint}.{method}
Key idea is to provides complete description of all available CouchDB configuration options grouped by their ini sections and the single place to keep other related configuring stuff.
Remove TBC sections: better to revert with content in future than having them empty.
MacOS is now Mac OS X. Added "Installation using the Apache CouchDB native application" section (inspired by MySQL documentation), simplified MacPorts section. Who chose MacPorts in favor of the native app is because already using MacPorts, so he knows how to upgrade packages, make the selfupdate, etc.
I have fixed the issues present in the last commit. Still some other Mac user, using brew, should review the brew section, maybe Slater? The first two chapters are ok.

MacPorts chapter was there twice, I removed the original portion, keeping the one I changed. |

The commit is in master: Alexander's commits too, but also with different SHAs There is another commit from @dedalozzo which fixes sections which are already fixed in master and the issue regarding the MacPorts section is also fixed: In my opinion we can close this, would you close it @dedalozzo? |
