• Have any transitive dependencies been added or changed?
  A new dependency to FastDoubleParser (MIT license) has been added, but it is shaded in the jackson-core jar. Although it is MIT licensed, the author has allowed Jackson to use an ALv2 license in this comment. I don't see any reference to this in the Jackson or FastDoubleParser docs, but I think this comment is sufficient for us to not need to make any changes.
