I was able to import the new KEYS file and also confirmed the new key uses digest algorithm 10 (sha512):
$gpg --list-packets KEYS | grep -E '(user ID|digest algo)'
...
:user ID packet: "Michael J. Beckerle (ASF Code Signing Key as of 2024-06-10) <mbeckerle@apache.org>"
