Is there any reason why dialects do not have Default?

Hi,

I am writing structs which have as generic the dialect they should be using, such as MyStruct<D: Default + Dialect>.

I noticed PostgreSqlDialect does not implement default, nor several other common features like Copy, Clone and so on.

Why is that? Is there any reason?
