The documentation includes two add-on sections, there is a dedicated
add-ons.adocpage, but there is also an "Add-ons" section in theexternal.adocpage.This PR just proposes to merge them together so that all add-on documentation is centralized.
As a user of the library, I would be unlikely to find further add-on information in
external.adocas I would assume all add-on information would be encapsulated by the dedicated add-ons page.An alternate approach to this PR could be to move the docs over, but instead of removing the "Add-ons" heading entirely from
external.adoc, a link to the dedicated add-ons page could be placed to retain the reference, without splitting the information.
