scheduler must be released

## Description
worker_scheduler used by api_async_client is never been released!

## Describe the solution you'd like
1. add `Release` to `api_async_client`
2. inside `Release` call `worker_scheduler.Release`
3. from `api_collector` call `api_async_client.Rease` with `defer` keyword
