Description

Add an organization field in table.users to store GitHub users' org info. The organization info can be found at GitHub REST API.

Use case

This field can be used to filter 'community contributors' from all contributors so that OSS project maintainers can observe the contribution from the community.

Org can only be queried when the user sets it manually.
