[Bug][BitBucket] the monthly deployments panel is empty

• I had searched in the issues and found no similar issues.

What happened

The panel monthly deployments showsempty results

What do you expect to happen

The panel should display each month's data normally

How to reproduce

• create a project from the Config-UI and select the box of Enable DORA Metrics
• create a blueprint from the last project with a bitbucket connection
• run the blueprint created in the last step
• check the monthly deployments panel
