What do you expect to happen

GitHub issues can be collected successfully after upgrading to v0.18

How to reproduce

1. Deploy a version prior to v0.18,
2. Create a github connection and add at least one repo
3. Create a project that includes the repo and collect data
4. Upgrade to v0.18
5. Recollect the project, and see error
