DolphinScheduler job can't stop

Greetings. I am writing to consult you regarding two issues encountered while using DolphinScheduler version 3.2.2.

Issue 1: When running a sub-workflow, subsequent tasks fail to execute. Could you please advise on the root cause of this problem and provide corresponding solutions?

Issue 2: When executing a Shell task, the Shell script finishes running successfully, yet the task status on the DolphinScheduler UI fails to update accordingly. As a result, downstream tasks cannot be triggered normally. Could you help identify the root cause of this issue and offer relevant solutions?
Could you kindly take some time to clarify these issues for us? We also wonder if we can have more communications regarding this tool going forward.
