What happened

Is it correct to note that when master server 3.0 starts only one node, if the master fails a node, it is not added to the /dolphinscheduler/dead-servers directory in ZooKeeper

What you expected to happen

When there is only one master, it can add /dolphinscheduler/dead-servers when she stops
