What happened

The install.sh file is created using the sudo command without determining whether the executing user has sudo permission.

What you expected to happen

There is a sudo.enable configuration in the command.properties file, which I hope will be consistent with this configuration. If sudo.enable is false, then there is no need to use sudo in the install.sh file.

How to reproduce

Create a user without sudo privileges and use it to execute the install.sh file
