[Bug] [File Management]When i upload xx.jar File

• I had searched in the issues and found no similar issues.

What happened

When i upload xx.jar file,backend get exception:
java.lang.IllegalStateException: Could not resolve parameter [1] in public org.apache.dolphinscheduler.api.utils.Result org.apache.dolphinscheduler.api.exceptions.ApiExceptionHandler.exceptionHandler(java.lang.Exception,org.springframework.web.method.HandlerMethod): No suitable resolver

I used hdfs file system,but i can upload .sh/.txt/ or other file,just jar file can not be upload.
I try change to jar file suffix,example txt,then can upload.

What you expected to happen

I want to know reason and how to resolve?

used 3.1.7 version,and hdfs file system.
