[Bug] mysqlRegistry update term error due to miss ephemeral data

What happened

When I deployed multiple nodes using mysqlRegistry as the registry, I found that some master and worker processes could not be registered, and t_ds_mysql_registry_data table records could not be found. If only one process is started, the t_ds_mysql_registry_data table can see the data. Therefore, there may be a conflict between nodes in periodically clearing expired data.

What you expected to happen

Use mysqlRegistry as the registry as normal
