[Bug] [sub_process] sub_process task does not stop its sub-tasks when manually stopped (v3.2.2)

### What happened

In DolphinScheduler v3.2.2, when manually stopping a sub_process task, the parent task stops as expected, but its sub-tasks (the tasks inside the sub-process) continue to run.

Stopping a sub_process task should also stop all its sub-tasks.
