重启我也试了 不行， 有人怀疑是masterserver自己占用自己的端口号了。 我master启动日志报错，但是master服务启动成功了

If you are sure that the port is not occupied by another program, please check whether the address here in the two configuration files is the same, if it is the same, this will cause this error(dolphinscheduler-3.1.8/alert-server/conf)
