[Improvement][ui] set default searchParams in task instance list page

Usually we pay more attention to the task instances running today，so it would be more friendly if we set startDate and endDate to today as default searchParams in task instance list page

What are the current deficiencies and the benefits of improvement

• set default searchParams to improve user experience
