[Bug] [UI] Error that can be entered after deleting child nodes

What happened

When I remove the child node under sub_process in the workflow instance, I can also enter the child node workflow from inside

What you expected to happen

After deleting a child node, you should not be able to enter the child node workflow

How to reproduce

1.Create a sub_process and associate a child node
2.Go online and run sub_process
3.Delete child Nodes
