[Enhancement] Helm charts: Allow usage of an already existing secret for the cluster authSecret and add support for tolerations

Description

Currently, when using the Doris cluster helm chart, authSecret cannot reference an existing secret. Also, the operator helm chart does not allow to set tolerations for the operator pod
