[fix] replace full-width comma placeholder in be-http metrics example#3682

The Response example in the be-http metrics doc used three full-width Chinese commas as an omission placeholder. Replaced with a standard ellipsis. Applied across all affected EN and Chinese versions. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.7 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>
