[fix] point WARM-UP SQL documentation links to the WARM UP statement doc#3692

In the file-cache doc, the "WARM-UP SQL documentation" links were placeholders pointing to `#` (nowhere). Pointed them at the actual WARM UP statement doc. Also added a missing space before the link in the version-3.x English copy. Applied across all affected EN and Chinese versions. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.7 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>
