Explain the ANALYZE hot value option in current master/dev docs for both English and Chinese, and clarify that it applies to manual full collection only while sample collection keeps collecting hot values and rejects the option. Key changes: - Add WITH HOT VALUE syntax and examples to ANALYZE docs. - Document that sample analyze always collects hot values and rejects WITH HOT VALUE. - Add a statistics principle note describing full/sample hot value behavior. Unit Test: - No code change; docs only
