[Bug] show proc "/cluster_health/tablet_health" returns wrong result

What's Wrong?

When i execute show proc "/cluster_health/tablet_health", i found that the Total row is not right, the num of some columns are always 0 when some db's corresponding column is greater than 0. I've found that the implement is not right and i will submit a pr to fix this problem.

What You Expected?

The Total row should return right result.

I found that this problem has been fixed in master branch. But in 1.1-lts, this problem is still exists.
