[Bug] the result of 'admin show frontend config' is not correct #30360

- I had searched in the issues and found no similar issues.

2.0.4-rc2
What's Wrong?
- I set sys_log_delete_age=3d and audit_log_delete_age=7d in fe.conf and restart fe
- after restart fe,the values are not modified
- but I if get the value from web(may be get by curl), the values are correct
