[Bug] can not set $DORIS_HOME in be conf file #51200

What's Wrong?
In be.conf the value ($DORIS_HOME/xxx) will not be replaced by system environment DORIS_HOME.
What You Expected?
Support replacing rule, e.g. $DORIS_HOME
