What's Wrong?

Doris query services fail continuously after the handles of the node where the BE instance is located are used up.

What You Expected?

When the file handles of a BE node are exhausted, the BE instance should be stopped to ensure the overall availability of Doris.

How to Reproduce?

We can use the tool "cfe" to simulate and verify.
