[Bug] BE节点错误访问 #6972

Docker编译镜像版本：apachedoris-build-env-1.3.1.image
Doris源码版本： palo-PALO-0.14.13.1-release
What's Wrong?
BE节点通过 命令关闭后 [sh stop_be.sh]
仍然能通过浏览器访问: be_host:be_prot[8040]
注：清除浏览器所有缓存后仍然可以访问，关闭,重启服务器仍然可以访问
会不会由于非正常启停BE导致某些缓存可用，但真实BE已经Down掉？
