[Feature] Query for tablet version is needed #7622

- I had searched in the issues and found no similar issues.
Description
A feature to check the version count for all/specific tablet is needed, e.g. "select tablet version count".
Use case
My doris cluster runs continuous load and sometimes the cluster would be slow to compact tablet versions, which will cause 235 error.
In order to find the bad tablet in a short time, it will be better if we had a feature to check the current version count of all tablets.
