Druid Won't Set the Kafka Consumer Group

Druid won't let you specify the Kafka Consumer group. This breaks some production integration with Kafka.

Adding Kafka has a very small view screen for the JSON. It should be easier to see.

Please add the customer.id or consumer groups.
