Upgrading to 2.0 is currently failing tests due to Jackson using deprecated snakeyaml methods (see FasterXML/jackson-dataformats-text#371) Depends on #13244 so we can then upgrade to jackson 2.14 |

A newer version of org.yaml:snakeyaml exists, but since this PR has been edited by someone other than Dependabot I haven't updated it. You'll get a PR for the updated version as normal once this PR is merged. |
