dubbo版本：2.7.15
问题：启动报错No such extension tomcat for server/org.apache.dubbo.remoting.Transporter

dubbo 从 2.7.8升级至 2.7.15时遇到的问题，dubbo 协议配置如下：

2.7.x 版本已经 EOL 了
BTW 最新的 3.2 版本已经把 rest 协议改成直接基于 netty 实现的了，不需要基于 tomcat 了
