dataZoomModel is undefined when setting options separately

Steps to reproduce

1. create a chart with dataZoom feature: https://jsfiddle.net/hu_tmx/hgv2mb6e/
2. refactor the code so that it has the same options, except merged together in 3 steps https://jsfiddle.net/hu_tmx/34yzmt26/3/

What is expected?

I should be able to use the dataZoom feature the same way as in the jsfiddle in point 1.

What is actually happening?

dataZoom does not work, there is a error on the console "TypeError: dataZoomModel is undefined: DataZoom.js:149:25"
