[Found in test: dataZoom-extreme.html] Error is thrown when using the dataZoom in dynamic added toolbox.

This issue is found during the test of 4.3.0 release.

Test case: test/dataZoom-extreme.html

Steps to reproduce

1. Open test case html.
2. Click the Click enable toolbox.dataZoom button in the second case
3. Click 区域缩放 icon in the toolbox shown up in the right.
4. Select any region.

What is expected?

dataZooom works properly

What is actually happening?

An error is thrown.
