Global font size has no effect

Steps to reproduce

1. See example: https://codepen.io/bilge-the-encoder/pen/gOMbXqB
2. Change textStyle.fontSize.
3. Observe font size remains the same.

What is expected?

Changing font size should change size of font (e.g. axis labels).

What is actually happening?

Font size never changes when adjusting textStyle.fontSize.

Default axis label font size is 12. So it should be

xAxis: {
      axisLabel: {
        fontSize: 20
      }
    },

The point here is that changing the global text size should rescale the whole chart. Changing the individual font size of each component is possible but not very efficient or user-friendly.
