无法解除georoam事件

Steps to reproduce

在拖拽地图的时候想对其进行限制，不让他超出可视区域。当超出可视区域对其解除拖拽事件时候不起效果

What is expected?

希望通过.off可以解除georoam事件

What is actually happening?

不能解除
