Display inactive setting for legend

What problem does this feature solve?

In some cases, a chart may contain a lot of series, and which series being displayed is not controlled by cliking on the legend. It would be nice to have the option to not display inactive series in the legend at all.

What does the proposed API look like?

legend.displayInactive: boolean

Update for 5.4.1 :

One way to hide a serie from the legend is to set the name of the serie to blank : ""
Do it for your inactives series and they will not appear in the legend.
