[Bug] When bar3D working with datasets, the console reports an Error

Steps to Reproduce

Current Behavior

=5.2.0 the number at the top of the bar chart is not displayed and the console reports an error
<=5.1.2 the number at the top of the bar chart is NaN

Expected Behavior

show the number in the datasets

Environment

- OS: Windows11
- Browser: Edge
- Framework: Vue@3, Vanilla

yes, duplicate of #17788, it's a echarts-gl bug.
val is undefined in var val = data[idx]; and the error
Cannot read properties of undefined (reading 'toFixed') happens here:
https://github.com/ecomfe/echarts-gl/blob/master/src/component/grid3D/Grid3DView.js#L549
