Steps to Reproduce

1.打开jsfiddle链接查看折线图，间隔未生效

Current Behavior

1.在4.x版本无任何问题，但5.x版本x轴type为time时，interval无法生效
2.我的数据第一个时间为2023-01-09 00:00:00 ,但x轴默认显示9点开始，应该是从0点开始

Expected Behavior

1.当x轴type为time时，起始时间按数据显示
2.当x轴type为time时，能够按分钟、小时、天强制间隔x轴

interval is not supported for axis type 'time', see #19381, #18952, etc.
Bug already documented in #17576 🐛.
There are two interval settings:

1. xAxis.interval should work for 'time' axis, but does not. Use minInterval/maxInterval as workaround.
   For less labels increase minInterval, for more labels decrease maxInterval. No need to use both. However these are just recommendations, the chart will set labels automatically depending on readability. Value 3600*1000 *24 is one day in milliseconds.

2. axisLabel.interval is for 'category' axis only.
