Steps to Reproduce

1. Create chart
2. Add datazoom.slider
3. Drag the handle but keep the mouse over it.
4. Unclick without moving the mouse.

Current Behavior

The handle's label disappears.

Expected Behavior

The handle's label should keep showing if the mouse is still over the handle.
