Steps to Reproduce

1. I use a example drawing graph series
2. Added enterable property for the tooltip

Current Behavior

• Drag the graph series by holding left click,
• Move the mouse a bit fast (not too much) until the cursor is placed on the tooltip. Because of the enterable property, the tooltip at this time is not disappear
• Release the left click
• Move the mouse again.

Current result: The graph is still be able to drag without holding any left click

Expected Behavior

The graph series should not be able to drag
