FINERACT-2619: improve Securing Fineract docs

I'm making some guesses here... please carefully review my language and help me improve it.

It looks like Spring profiles should never be enabled in production, with the exception of liquibase-only, and only when using, for example, multiple replicas for a k8s pod.
