What is the purpose of the change

Update AWS SDK v1 and v2 and DynamoDB Streams Kinesis adapter to latest version

Brief change log

Bumped:

  • AWS SDK v1 from 1.11.754 to 1.12.7
  • AWS SDK v2 from 2.13.52 to 2.16.86
  • DynamoDB Streams Kinesis Adapter from 1.5.0 to 1.5.3

Verifying this change

This change is already covered by existing unit/integration/e2e tests for Kinesis connector.
