What is the purpose of the change

Upgrade the Hive 3.1 connector to the latest available version, 3.1.3

Brief change log

  • Renamed connector from Hive 3.1.2 to 3.1.3.
  • Updated documentations and build profiles.
  • Updated dependencies.

Verifying this change

I ran the corresponding test class and didn't see any failures.
