[hotfix] Ingore hadoopInputFormat related test case in adaptive scheduler

What is the purpose of the change

HadoopInputFormat related test cases have been updated from dataset to a datastream.
There are essentially batch jobs, but the HadoopInputFormat is an unbounded source.
As a result, the test cases cannot be set to batch runtime mode and should not run with the
adaptive scheduler.

Verifying this change

This change is a code cleanup without any test coverage.
