The ZooKeeperMesosWorkerStore instantiates a ZooKeeperStateHandleStore which requires an Executor instance. This executor is now given to the ZooKeeperMesosWorkerStore.

The ZooKeeperMesosWorkerStore instantiates a ZooKeeperStateHandleStore which requires an Executor instance. This executor is now given to the ZooKeeperMesosWorkerStore. This closes apache#3155.
