Add NestedRow type support for KV table scenarios to enable primary key tables with nested row columns.

Solution

• Extend KV table storage format to support NestedRow type
• Implement NestedRow type serialization/deserialization for KV tables

@SML0127 Thank you very much for your interest in this issue. I just verified that support for the NestedRow type in primary key tables has actually already been implemented in PR #2079 . Therefore, this issue was inadvertently left open without being linked and closed. I will close it now.
