Purpose

Linked issue: close #xxx

When I build fluss-flink connector with main branch, I found the following exception:

[ERROR] Could not execute SQL statement. Reason:
org.apache.flink.table.api.ValidationException: Could not find any factory for identifier 'fluss' that implements 'org.apache.flink.table.factories.CatalogFactory' in the classpath.

Available factory identifiers are:

generic_in_memory

Then I found my jar doesn't contain the classes or org.apache.flink.table.factories.Factory file.
