Updates delta dependency versions to match with Spark versions.
Removes an unused Maven property.
Removes the shade plugin for
gluten-it-commonintroduced in #2365 because of the bug https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/MSHADE-206.The module will use Spark's own provided guava lib instead.
Adds a new module
gluten-it-3rdfor trino tpc datagen with shadings so the library still relies on its own guava version.Also add a spotless linter for
pom.xml.
