What changes are proposed in this pull request?
Currently, tag dft-2026_06_12 is identical to branch-1.7-dft, and tag ibm-2026_06_12 is identical to branch-1.7-enhanced. However, Velox may still need some updates, so we let Gluten reference the corresponding Velox branch associated with the Gluten 1.7 branch. We'll create new tags tied to the official release.
