HBASE-29570 Set no watches on the node when recursively deleting the node and its child nodes

In the deleteNodeRecursivelyMultiOrSequential method, the exists function is invoked to check whether the node exists before deletion. If the node does not exist, an unnecessary nodeCreate watch event will be added.
